Can I make 100k a month doing commercial loan mods too?
Yes. It takes hard work and focus. If you have these
qualities, there is no way you cannot reap what you sow.
It doesn't hurt to have a system. I will help you with that too.
Is there a Fee To Get Started?
Absolutely Not. If you are paying any company a fee to work for them,
I would stay away. Unless, of course, the fee is related to business cards
or work related material to help you succeed.
Do I have to have experience to start?
Not necessarily, however it would help. The obvious fit, would be a former loan officer or banker.
A person that has experience in the loan business.
Do I have to be licensed to do a loan modification?
We prefer if you are licensed in your State.
However, there is no license required
Do you offer training?
Yes. We would prefer to work with established loan officers or Real Estate Agents,attorneys, tax preparers may also be a great fit.
Can I work from home?
Yes. All of our agents are remote. We all work independently so there is complete
autonomy.
Am I expected to close a certain volume each month?
If you are not doing at least 4 a month, either you are not working , or you
should not be in this business to begin with. There are so many people that
need help. You simply have to get out there and work hard. Great things will happen,really.
How long does it take before I get paid?
We typically pay our agents right at the time of approval. You do not have to
wait for the loan mod to close like some other companies before we pay you. Pay
periods range from 1 week to 4 weeks. This depends on how fast we receive approval
on the file which is in the corresponding lenders hands.
Is there salary pay?
No. You will be an independent contractor and payed on a per file basis.We 1099 you
for your earnings.
Can I work in any state?
Yes. We are licensed to do loan modifications in 50 states.
